Scheduled to be shown at the Google I/O 2010 conference next week, the updates, most of which will be offered in the premium edition of its tools that customers will need to pay to access, include tools that allow IT organizations to transfer rights to GoogleDocs from one user to another, delegate administration rights to another user, and browse a directory of corporate users of Google applications.
According to Michael Cohn, vice president of marketing and product management for Cloud Sherpas, the enhancements to SherpaTools are all in line with company's mission to make Google applications easier to manage in large corporate settings.

Cloud Sherpas intends to offer its directory service as part of its free standard edition. Only customers that want to access directories across multiple Google domains will have to pay for the premium offering.
Pricing, said Cohn, will be determined once Google adds an ability to collect payments via its application mall service.
